All products include free standard shipping. Available shipping methods and any optional service charges are shown at checkout.
Order processing and dispatch
- China direct shipping: orders dispatch within 7 business days.
- US warehouse shipping: orders dispatch within 3–5 business days.
These are processing times before dispatch, not delivery or arrival estimates. Dispatch location depends on product availability. If you need your order for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm the fulfillment location and estimated arrival.

Effective for purchases made on or after October 21, 2026.
Returns & exchanges
Request authorization within 14 days of delivery. Unused, unopened items returned with their original packaging and all included contents qualify for a refund. Non-defective opened items can be returned within the same window for store credit, less a 15% restocking fee. Discounted or final-sale items, personalized items and gift cards are excluded.
Contact us before shipping anything back. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. For exchanges, contact us to arrange the return and replacement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We cover return postage for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items. Opening an item to discover a defect does not invalidate this coverage.
Refund timing
After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
