What do the current sets include?
Each current product includes 160 Mahjong tiles. Racks and a storage case are not included. Read the individual listing for its specifications.
Do I need an annual card?
For NMJL-style play, purchase the current official annual card separately. All players at your table should use the same card.
Why does the guide mention 152 playing tiles?
Retail sets may include extra tiles. Sort your set before play and use the tiles required by your table's rules. Each current set contains 108 suited tiles, 16 Winds, 12 Dragons, 8 Flowers, 10 Jokers and 6 blanks.
Are the two designs the same size and material?
Sea Life is acrylic and measures 31.5 × 23 × 16 mm per tile. Festival of Light uses acrylic tiles approximately 0.87 in W × 0.60 in D × 1.25 in H. Check each listing for its dimensions.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is included on all products. Optional shipping services, if available, are displayed at checkout.
When will my order ship?
China-direct orders dispatch within 7 business days. US-warehouse orders dispatch within 3–5 business days. These are processing times, not arrival estimates. Contact us before ordering if you need a set for a particular date.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Unopened, complete items qualify for a refund; non-defective opened items qualify for store credit less a 15% restocking fee. Contact us before returning an item. See our shipping and returns page.
What if an item arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We cover return postage for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items.
